Product Selections can be changed
at anytime prior to the 1st and 16th of the month by going
into Your TWUSA On Line account which is established upon receipt of Your Initial
Order.
MAILING LIST PERCENTAGE
With a simple export from your
accounting system or your CRM in any format and then uploaded to our system through
your TWUSA On Line account you can choose the percentage to be mailed to from 0
to 100% because there is no monthly minimum.
TWUSA ON LINE UPLOAD
You may upload Your Mailing List
at anytime through Your TWUSA On Line Account which is established upon receipt
of your initial order.
CONTACT NAME EXCLUSIVE
Whatever we mail we mail Only
One. We conduct a duplicate search when exporting for printing to Ensure a specific
Customer Contact receives Only One of our mailings. This Exclusive is based on the
date Your Initial Mailing List is received by Trade West.
MONTHLY & ANNUAL FREQUENCY
ONE PER MONTH
Each Customer or Prospect will
see all 12 Individual Product Post Cards One time during the year.
TWO PER MONTH
Each Customer or Prospect will
see all 12 Individual Product Post Cards Two times during the year.
If less than 12 products are
selected the number of times per year each Customer or Prospect will see each post
card will increase based on 24 monthly mailings during each year.
CONVENTIONAL
AND ELECTRONIC
In addition to the conventional
post cards, the message sides of the Individual Product Post Cards are also emailed
from Your email address the same week the conventional post cards are mailed.
MAILING SEQUENCE
The individual product post cards
are mailed in product sequence based on the products selected and then repeated
though out your mailing list.
POST CARD COST
The cost of the individual product
post cards are $1.00 each including first class postage and the individual product
promotional emails.
CONTINUOUS MONTHLY SYSTEM
This is a continuous monthly
system which can be stopped at any time prior to the first day of each month.
ACTUAL AMOUNT CHARGED
The actual amount charged on
the first day of each month is calculated based on the actual number of names included
in your mailing schedule.
SET UP CHARGE
There is a one time initial set
up charge of $50.00 per sales representative.
CUSTOM GRAPHIC FILES
Any and all graphic files for
the individual product post cards can be replaced with custom graphic files for
a one time set up charge of approximately $300.00 per post card.
SYSTEM FLEXIBILITY
Because of our automatic process
of mailing accounts/contacts contained in your mailing list in product sequence
based on the products selected you are able to select the specific products to be
mailed during the month.
CONFIDENTIALITY
TRADE WEST USA has been publishing
to the printed business products industry since 1986 and as a result your mailing
lists are held in the strictest of confidence and used solely for the purpose of
your mailings.

Your participation in our marketing
